This is more about the experience. I accidentally received the Safari instead, and not only did I receive a quick response, they shipped the correct pen quickly and included a pre-paid package. 5/5 customer service.
About the pen itself, it's a known issue that EF nibs (especially for Lamy) may lean towards being scratchy. That's why it's not completely 5 stars, but the color is amazing and it fits my writing style. The scratchy nib can mostly be fixed with a bit of tinkering. This is my first Lamy so I don't have anything to compare it with, but I really like this pen.
