Return Policy

We accept returns purchased within 30 days minus the shipping cost we paid to ship to you. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Ink bottles, cartridges and pen nibs CANNOT be retuned. Damaged items should be reported immediately. We inspect our packaging/shipping in two stages but an error could happen. If any item is missing from your shipment please notify us immediately after receiving your shipment. 

Do not return items to the manufacturer unless instructed. Damaged, incomplete, or non-original items will not be accepted. You will be notified by email upon receiving and inspecting your return, indicating approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items, sale items are non-refundable.

You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Customer shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the shipping cost deducted. Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. Consider trackable shipping for items over $75 to ensure safe delivery. We prioritize receiving your returned items.

 Exchanging or return of an Item

We only exchange items for defects or damage caused by manufacturer flaws. To request an exchange for the same item or one of equal value, please email us at info@blesket.com.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.

If there is any problem with your order, you cannot track, has not been received, let us know soonest possible in order to follow up with the shipping courier.
