We accept returns purchased within 20 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened inks/cartridges and bent nibs cannot be returned. Damaged items should be reported immediately. We inspect our packaging/shipping in two stages but error could happen. If any item is missing from your shipment please notify us no more later than 20 days after receiving your shipment.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to customers are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping that we paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We want to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Exchanging or return of an Item
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or another of the same value, send us an email at email@example.com. The item should be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will pay for reshipping costs.
Please note, if you are not satisfied with the item, we ask you to return as is. Pens that are inked or seal taken-off cannot be returned. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If there is any problem with your order, let us know within 20 days from the date of delivery. If your claim is later than the 20 days, you will return the item to us at your own expense. Exceptions are Gift items. Proof of Gift receipt is required.
