We use courier services as well as Canada Post. If you wish your parcel be delivered via Canada Post only. Please send us an email and let us know.
Please note: No Liability for Damages Caused by Inclement Weather. During the cold months, we do our best to use Thermal wrapping paper for inks and cartridges, but not a guarantee there would be no damage caused by freezing weather. If you place an order for INK Bottle and Cartridges between December 15 - March 1st, it's under your own risk and we will not be liable for leaked/frozen inks/cartridges although we do our best to send the items with the Thermal packaging. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
