Online Purchases

   Order

Upon placing an order for Products through this website, you will be directed to an order confirmation screen (referred to as the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation will provide details regarding the Product(s) being ordered, the purchase price, and any applicable fees for shipping and taxes. By submitting your order (by clicking the [“Submit Order”] button), you are offering to purchase the Product(s) described in the Order Confirmation from Blesket at the price and subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Order Confirmation. Please note that an order is not considered binding until it has been accepted by Blesket. Acceptance will be confirmed through an email from Blesket.

Cancellation

Restrictions may apply based on Blesket's discretion, including but not limited to limiting quantities, terminating accounts, and canceling orders at any point, even after submission and payment. If for any reason your order is canceled after payment, Blesket will provide a complete refund.

All online purchasing transactions are carried out on a webpage provided by Shopify. Any transactions made through our website or as a result of visits made by you are subject to the following terms, in addition to Shopify's checkout process policies. These terms are designed to ensure a secure and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Payment terms

Blesket has the sole discretion to determine payment terms. The default payment method is Paypal, but major credit cards, including ApplePay, are also accepted. Approval from the issuing financial institution is necessary for any credit card payments.

Ownership; risk of loss

All products purchased from Blesket are delivered by a third-party delivery company under a shipping contract as well s Canada Post for P.O Box. Due to circumstances beyond Blesket's control, such as events that may occur during transit, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Nevertheless, we are committed to facilitating a seamless delivery process and will work closely with you to ensure timely delivery of your order.

 
Governing Law

Blesket, a company located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, is responsible for the operation of this website. Any use of this website, as well as any transactions made through it, are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

 Indemnification.
