Pen started leaking and the hood grip fell off in like 4 months. The grip is just glued on….who glues metal?! For the price you’d expect threads.

It’s a real shame too. The Ben is smooth, the perfect weight and the magnetic cap is so satisfying…. It just falls apart. Unfortunately I’m not the only one. I prayed to the fountain pen subreddit and this seems to be a common issue with this pen.
