The Kaweco Lunar Sport Fountain Pen in Shadow Purple is a refined pocket-sized writing instrument defined by its color-shifting, iridescent finish. The dark base reveals deep plum and violet tones as light plays across its surface, paired with polished chrome accents for sophisticated contrast.
Rooted in the iconic 1935 Kaweco octagonal Sport design—engineered to be "small in the pocket, large in the hand"—this pen combines heritage aesthetics with modern functionality. Its compact closed length of 105 mm expands to 133 mm when posted, delivering comfort without bulk.
Constructed from durable ABS/macrolon plastic and weighing just 11 grams, the Shadow Purple Sport is engineered for everyday carry and extended writing sessions. The interchangeable polished stainless steel nib unit accommodates five line widths—Extra Fine through Extra Broad—allowing customization for individual writing preferences. Compatible with standard international short cartridges or an optional mini-converter, the pen adapts seamlessly to your preferred refill method.
100% Handcrafted in Germany, this writing instrument exemplifies Kaweco's commitment to precision engineering and timeless design.
