I purchased a Monteverde Ritma Omniflex fountain pen from this store. Unfortunately, the pen had severe ink flow problems from the beginning and repeatedly stopped writing.
I returned to the store, and the seller personally tested the pen for several minutes and confirmed the issue. A replacement nib was installed, but the problem was never resolved. The pen continued to suffer from poor ink flow, and the replacement nib later developed deformation during normal use.
I was also surprised to later find the same pen advertised online for approximately half of what I paid, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.
While I appreciate the time spent testing the pen, I ultimately did not receive a satisfactory solution. Based on my personal experience, this purchase was disappointing.
