Exceeded expectations!

I was about to buy a Kaweco Student, but stumbled upon this pen and instantly knew I had to have it, I was completely in love with the colour and design. It was more than twice the cost of the Kaweco, but I decided to go for it anyway. Never having used an Esterbrook pen, I wasn't sure what to expect from the steel nib, but was shocked at how smooth of a writer it is, much more so than my Lamy 2000! If you're on the fence, just go for it, it's a fantastic pen that oozes style without an overly "corporate" look . The tortoise shell variant is a stunner too.
