Kaweco Brass Sport Fountain Pen

At the beginning of the industrial age, writing instruments were made of hard rubber, also called ebonite. This was only polished. Brass has also been used for writing instruments, but more for decorative parts such as clips and decorative rings. Only the cartridge technology made it possible to use metal on the body, since the ink had no contact with it.

The brass of the Kaweco BRASS Sport develops a natural, individual patina by the user. Due to the high weight of the model, the writing instrument presses lightly on the paper by itself. This enables longer writing.

This pocket fountain pen is 10.5 cm tall when closed and grows to a normal size of 13 cm with the cap replaced.

There are five spring strengths to choose from.
