Store side: On Thursday, I called about concerns of the ink freezing during transit.
My order was packaged very well insulated, And was mailed midday on Monday and arrived just before 11am on Tuesday!
The ink itself:
I use it in a fine knob. It flows very smoothly. I accidentally left my pen, which likes to dry out in 5 minutes, with this ink in it uncapped for half an hour and didn’t realize that that’s what I had done until two hours later.
The online swatch reads more purple than reality, If you are required to use blue or black ink for work, you could very easily use this ink and no one would know, As it writes a more deep amethyst, Like if navy blue was a purple. It swatches slightly less vibrant than the listing swatch.
Overall, I am very pleased with the entire process. Well packed, wonderful call with a staff member who explained everything and figured out how to ship it with minimal sitting in warehouse, and a really good quality ink, for a wonderful price from a Canadian retailer!!
The only downside was waiting for the mailperson to walk up the driveway!🤣
