Founded in 2008 as a small Etsy shop, Firefly Notes has grown into a globally recognized creative brand featured in publications such as Vogue Knitting, Interweave, Knit Simple, Buzzfeed, and Knitwit. Today, Firefly Notes offers unique handmade goods through Shopify and wholesale worldwide.
Based in Steveston on Canada’s salty west coast, designer and maker Sandy Bahrich creates with a passion for detail, vintage-inspired imagery, and eco-friendly materials. Each piece is crafted with non-toxic, high-quality resin, blending artistry with sustainability.
Although Sandy remains hands-on in every part of the process, she is supported by a talented group of women in her community who help bring Firefly Notes to life. Together, they produce thoughtful, distinctive items with care and creativity.
